Our website and services provided to you on and through our web site on an "AS IS" basis. We want you to love your purchase.  If you aren't sure about your purchase please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final once the items have been processed and shipped.  This policy covers both inside the Las Vegas Valley area, all other Nevada cities and outside Nevada.

Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Shipping Policy.

Shipping is calculated per order and will reflect in your final total.  All orders are shipped within the domestic US only!  At this time we do not ship internationally.  But at some point, we may change this to both domestic and international.  Ask Ms Angie utilizes USPS for our shipping services and a confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.

Ask Ms Angie ships same day or next day depending on when the order is received and processed.  We ship daily Monday-Friday.  Any orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday by 12 pm PST.  If you require any type of expedited shipping please choose appropriate options when checking out or email us at askmsangie@cox.net  and our support team will be happy to accommodate you.

7. Registration and Password. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you.
